Shipping
We ship all
orders by UPS Ground within the continental U.S.
UPS Shipping Fees:
Shipping is free on all order over $100 within the continental U.S.
Our shopping cart service will automatically assign a $9.99 shipping charge
for orders under $100. If your order is under $50. we may reduce your
shipping cost. It will depend on item, size/weight and distance to
ship.
For returns shipping is not paid by ELITE LINENS. It is the customers responsibility.
We only ship
within the continental U.S.
Return Policy
ELITE LINENS will gladly accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days
of date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original
packaging. Please note, however shipping costs for returns are the
customers responsibility. For returns due to a manufacturer defect please call
or email for instructions.
No returns are allowed on special orders or custom made items.
Sheets cannot be returned if they have been opened.
Fabric orders cannot be returned.
